Jeremy Smith is an accomplished, corporate L&D leader with more than twenty-five years of experience in developing and sustaining high-performance organizations through change management, performance improvement, and learning. Jeremy has been a practitioner of the 5 Moments of Need since 2008, leveraging the methodology to enhance performers’ time to competency while simultaneously minimizing formal learning time, boosting retention and productivity, and mitigating risks.
Jeremy’s background includes strategy, innovation, technical execution, organizational performance improvement, and global learning and development initiatives. In his role as a Consultant and Program Manager, Jeremy is responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company’s products and services related to workflow learning solutions by working with customers to develop a strategic roadmap for workflow learning solutions and managing projects to ensure successful implementation.
