Course Length: 3 Days | Location: Virtual (8 am to 4 pm ET) | Class Size: 12-24 people | Prerequisites: None

This immersive, three-day workshop gives Learning and Development professionals direct, hands-on experience applying AI to every stage of workflow learning design. Grounded in the 5 Moments of Need® methodology and powered by the EnABLE framework, the program takes you from AI fundamentals through advanced agent development—writing high-yield TRACI prompts, building custom GPT/GEM skills, constructing workflow automations, and deploying multi-modal AI agents.

You will leave with a tested prompt library, a working AI skill aligned to the EnABLE methodology, multimodal performance assets, and a strategic roadmap ready to deploy inside your organization.

  • 5 Moments of Need® (Gottfredson & Mosher) The organizing principle for all workflow learning design. Every prompt, skill, automation, and agent you build is mapped to a specific Moment—ensuring that AI tools meet learners exactly when and where performance support is needed.

  • TRACI Prompt Framework (Cavalier) A five-element structure (Task, Role, Audience, Create, Intent) that transforms vague freeform prompts into repeatable, high-yield instructions. The basis for your personal prompt library.

  • EnABLE Methodology & Gottfredson-Cavalier Human-AI Task Allocation Matrix A 7×7 decision matrix built on two axes—Level of Difficulty and Critical Impact of Failure—that maps 49 decision cells to guide exactly how much human versus AI ownership each task should carry. Four decision principles anchor every allocation choice.

Policies and Cancellations
Full participants have the duration of the workshop to complete all assignments satisfactorily to earn the certificate of completion. 

Refunds
Paid participants may request and receive a full refund (less $100 processing fee) if cancellation notice is given 30 days or more in advance of the class.
Paid participants may request and receive a 50% refund if cancellation notice is given between 5 and 30 days before the start of the class.
No refunds are granted within 5 days of the start of a class.
A group of more than 5 from the same company registering and paying at the same time is eligible for the discounted rate of $1495/pp.
