Donna Audritsh is a Senior 5 Moments of Need Consultant with over 20 years’ experience helping government and industry employees perform. Specializing in analysis and clear writing, Donna uses her experience to create clear, structured solutions that support performance in the flow of work. A lifelong learner who never loses sight of the end user, Donna’s passion for helping people grow has earned several ISPI and Brandon Hall awards, including a Brandon Hall Gold Award for Best Use of Performance Support.

Donna’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from George Washington University. When she is not working, Donna volunteers her time and talents journeying with others to create more peaceful communities. She loves to kayak, and she is most joyful when she is dancing.
