For over 18 years, Brooke has worked with L&D professionals across industries to facilitate communities of practice, program events, and develop publications to serve the learning and performance field.

Now, she is the Community Coordinator for the 5 Moments of Need Alumni Program and Workflow Learning & Performance Alliance. She also assists in a range of marketing efforts for both the 5 Moments of Need and APPLY Synergies, a strategic consulting firm that specializes in helping learning organizations design, develop, and measure effective learning and performance support strategies to meet the 5 Moments of Need.
