Brooke has over 20 years of experience in the learning and development (L&D) field, collaborating with innovators, thought leaders, and practitioners to program events, conduct research, facilitate communities of practice, build and implement learning solutions, and develop publications.
She is currently the Director of Academies at APPLY Synergies. In this role, Brooke oversees the daily operations of the North American 5 Moments of Need® Academy and fosters relationships with its international affiliate academies.
Additionally, Brooke serves as project manager for several client engagements at APPLY Synergies.
