Measurement Assessment & Strategy Development
During a Measurement Assessment & Strategy engagement, APPLY Synergies collaborates with the client to identify essential key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and outcome measures that are supported by the 5 Moments of Need solution.
These measurements include efficiency, effectiveness, and individual or organizational outcome metrics. After defining the data sources for each measure, we determine how they relate to one another, demonstrating performance impact and value.
Our report from the Measurement Assessment & Strategy engagement will include a KPI library, data source descriptions, operationalization strategies, and the impact on the organization.
Dashboard Design Consultation & Enablement
Leveraging the output of the Measurement Assessment & Strategy engagement as a framework, we will create data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
Our data sources will include the Digital Coach(es), as well as your HRIS and CRM, operational systems, survey systems, and other relevant sources. Our goal is to automate the population of the dashboards as much as possible, but we will also establish a process to ensure regular data updates. The dashboards can be shared with stakeholders and used for ongoing enablement, with opportunities for socialization, updates, and maintenance.
Analysis Services
Although we believe that our client’s measurement approach should be a continuous process rather than a one-time project, we acknowledge that sometimes clients require a more in-depth examination of how implementing the 5 Moments of Need can result in particular business or talent outcomes.
