The development of a Digital Coach begins by conducting a Rapid Workflow Analysis (RWA), which identifies and captures the specific tasks performed by each team member and determines the essential knowledge and resources required for the successful execution of those tasks.

The Digital Coach Proof of Concept is a working demonstration of how web-based technologies can be used to support workers during job performance. It is tailored to your specific needs. The development process involves translating a small portion of the Workflow Blueprint into a Digital Coach Blueprint, which outlines the content to be developed and installed into the technology infrastructure.

The Digital Coach Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is the perfect solution to test and validate a more robust version of your Digital Coach before deploying it for daily operations. The MVP can have up to 18 tasks across one or two processes, with up to 18 supporting knowledge topics and links to all relevant existing resources.

The Digital Coach Working Solution is the full-blown project with all the processes, tasks, supporting knowledge topics, and resources fully vetted and integrated into the chosen technology.

APPLY works with the appropriate end-user SMEs to:

  • Identify steps and details for tasks

  • Flesh out content for supporting knowledge topics

  • Locate and/or modify existing resources that should be associated with tasks.
