In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to write prompts, produce stand-alone GPTs/GEMs, develop workflow automations and multi-modal agents —guided by the 5 Moments of Need® methodology—to create performance-first assets at scale and speed. You’ll build your own prompt library focused on workflow learning, explore how to generate high-impact content like tasks, supporting knowledge, job aids, and checklists, and design a complete learning path aligned to business objectives. When you leave, you won’t just understand how AI can support your workflow learning strategy—you’ll be able to do it. From defining tasks to generating learning assets, you’ll walk away ready to enable performance at the speed of change.

Full participants have the duration of the workshop to complete all assignments satisfactorily to earn the certificate of completion. 

Refunds
Paid participants may request and receive a full refund (less $100 processing fee) if cancellation notice is given 30 days or more in advance of the class.
Paid participants may request and receive a 50% refund if cancellation notice is given between 5 and 30 days before the start of the class.
No refunds are granted within 5 days of the start of a class.
A group of more than 5 from the same company registering and paying at the same time is eligible for the discounted rate of $1495/pp.
