Activities:

  • Discuss and Challenge: Participate in lively discussion on the challenges of conventional training and the potential of a performance-driven approach. share your experiences and insights.
  • Apply ADAPT: Participate in handns-on activities to gain tangible experience in applying the ADAPT principles.
  • Explore: Evaluate Digital coach solutions, integral to workflow learning, allowing you to interact with and understand the technology possibilities used to support the implementation of workflow learning.
  • Analyze and Brainstorm: Review case studies and real-world examples in small group sessions to collaborate and brainstorm on ways to implement workflow learning in your unique business environment.
  • Reflect and Plan: Take time to reflect on how you can implement what you are learning to your specific organization using the EnABLE Methodology Digital Coach
