Brooke Thomas-Record

Brooke has nearly 20 years of experience in the learning and development (L&D) field, collaborating with innovators, thought leaders, and practitioners to program events, conduct research, facilitate communities of practice, and develop publications.

She is currently the Director of Academies and Community Manager at APPLY Synergies. In her role as Director of Academies, Brooke oversees the daily operations of the North American 5 Moments of Need® Academy and fosters relationships with its international affiliate academies. As Community Manager for the 5 Moments of Need Alumni Program and Workflow Learning & Performance Alliance (WLPA), she organizes virtual events and manages online communities of practice. She also collaborates with the WLPA advisory board to advance the global workflow learning movement.

Additionally, Brooke manages several client engagements at APPLY Synergies and utilizes her editorial skills to support various marketing initiatives for both the 5 Moments of Need and APPLY Synergies.
